Contract for sale

Receipt of order and Payments
must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your payment has been authorized and cleared (via Paypal or Google checkout) and stock is checked, CarrieMe
will send you an email receipt confirming your order and dispatch your item. Please keep this receipt for your records. We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. We will not process payment until we have confirmed that the item is available.
Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the catalogue, CarrieMe
reserve the right to supply goods at the correct price.

Postage and Packaging
Items are dispatched for delivery in the UK using Royal Mail Recorder Delivery as standard - all parcels have to be signed for. The cost will vary depending on the weight of the combined order. This will be shown as part of your checkout basket.
For other delivery services eg via courier services, Next Day Guaranteed, Recorded and International, a postage quote will be forwarded to you by email prior to the completion of the transaction.
We take care with our packaging and so send all items giftwrapped in a black box with a ribbon - this is our level of standard service.
Overseas orders are placed at the customer‚??s risk. CarrieMe
shall not accept responsibility for overseas orders lost in transit. You will be liable for all export charges if applicable, and a quote for these will be forwarded by email prior to the completion of the transaction.
For UK delivered orders, we will attempt to deliver all items within 5-10 working days from clearance of payment, subject to availability. If we are out of stock of any item, you will be notified within 48 hours by email.
is not responsible for the delay of delivery of items due to industrial action undertaken at Royal Mail or any other delivery service used by CarrieMe
Returning a product
Items purchased may be returned within 21 working days from the date of dispatch for a full refund less postage and packaging.

You will need to provide us with the name of the person who purchased the item, a contact telephone number (eg mobile), the date of purchase and the item description.
A refund will be issued only if the item is unused, is in its original condition, is sent with the CarrieMe

If you are outside the 21 working day time limit, subject to items being returned in mint condition and only at the sole discretion of CarrieMe
, you will be offered a credit note for the value of the goods, which can be redeemed at any time during the following six months.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to CarrieMe

For items being sent from outside the UK, please use a reputable express service such as DHL, UPS or FEDEX. CarrieMe

When returning your exchange item, you will need to provide us with the name of the person who purchased the item, a contact telephone number (eg mobile), the date of purchase, the item description of the product being returned as well as the item description of the product you wish to receive in exchange. Should there be a difference in price between the two items to be exchanged, CarrieMe
will contact you to settle the difference on your credit/debit card, as these details are not stored at CarrieMe
If you realized you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Since we aim to ship quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order, in which case, please follow the instructions for ‚??Returning a Product‚??.
Defective and damaged items
Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will endeavour to help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by, for example, delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid less post and packaging.
